International ProStar
The truck the MaxxForce era mostly arrived in, and cheap used for that reason. The Cummins ISX15 version is a completely different proposition from the MaxxForce version and the two should never be shopped as one truck.

Known issues
If it has the MaxxForce 13, the engine is the issue and it is a large one. With the ISX15 it is an ordinary truck of its age.
Verdict
Check the engine before anything else. A Cummins-powered ProStar at these prices can be a genuine bargain; a MaxxForce one is cheap for a reason.
